I dread doing apartment tours but DJ made this one of the most memorable tours ever! On top of his charisma and inviting energy, he naturally listens and is attentive. Bringing up points that I didn't even think about, but are incredibly important! I plan on making the move here in the winter of 2026!
This apartment complex won’t give you your security deposit back if you put holes in the walls to hang pictures or your TVs. Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (specifically A.R.S. § 33-1321) clearing states an apartment complex can not charge you for minor ware and tear upon moving out. Which includes holes in the wall smaller than a quarter, paint chips, scratches and/or scuffs on the walls or floors. I explained this to them and they stopped responding to myself and my girlfriend. The units are beautiful, the whole leasing team is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the area is just perfectly placed for a nice walk to anything important in the area.
