DJ is excellent. Moved in a month ago. Good value here.
Tatum is awesome at broad stone and was very friendly. I would recommend anyone to stay here
Property has significantly declined since new management. Doors routinely left unlocked or unsecured, allowing random people to roam halls. Maintenance of hallways and public spaces is atrocious. Don’t waste your money. Plenty of better options in the area without 10yr+ dated finishes and old appliances in the units.
