I initially had a good touring/move-in experience and found them to be pretty accommodating at first. I thought I was going to be really happy there but now that I've left I realize that's how they get you because that's about the only good thing I can say about this place. I had a really disappointing experience at Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter. From the moment I moved in, there was a constant unpleasant smell in the hallways, and at times, it even lingered inside the apartment. No matter how much I tried to air it out, it never fully went away. On top of that, the noise levels were unbearable. The person above me constantly makes noise and keeps me up at night. This has been going on for months. The management does nothing and the situation has not changed. The supposed 24 hour security does not answer the phone. No wonder there is theft on the property. There is no concern for the tenants here. They don’t think they have to do anything. Just pointless stock emails.

The place has paper thin walls. I hear my neighbor above me constantly. Every steep he takes is like a stomp and I know where he is walking at all times. Wood floors are great because I hear every time he drops stuff or drags things across the floor. It’s constant and no matter how much I ask the management, nothing is done to address it. No luxury as advertised.

The management in the building and for Greystsr is nonresponsive. They avoid resolving issues and only respond with endless meaningless emails without doing anything. The building is incredibly noisy and they do not care. Don’t believe the lip service fake replies on here. Terrible place to live and horrible many. There was a burglary in the secure garage and my property was vandalized. The management could not be bothered to speak on the phone. It has been five days and no response.
