Disappointed with management.
We notified leasing office two days before move in AC was inoperable. 3 days later they submit request to have it repaired. Now a week later still not fixed, no update either. Temperatures have been 90+ and no other AC solution is available because of their window design. Smoke detector is also missing upon move in, been a week and nobody has installed one. Filing complaint with BBB. Difficult to get in contact with leasing agent. Doesn’t appear they come in at 9AM when they say they open.
Disappointed with managements inability to problem solve.
