Glad to call Broadstone Ranch Apartments home. Thank you, Brandy and Diana for all the assistance getting moved in and the Great welcome. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Great job maintenance. Families walk the complex in the evening (how cool!) and UTSA is so close.
Its decent apartment but unfortunately I had a bad experience. But in the end got it sorted out by nagging the parent company. Pro: Maintenance is good, except the gate which always breakdowns, lol Cons: Pool is open or closed no one knows, go and find out , good luck to you. Also reminder to not forget to change air filter every month by contacting the maintenance. Also got double charged due to a mistake by the old manager.
