My experience from touring, applying, and actually moving in has been amazing. The management has been so helpful, prompt, and quick with their responses to my millions of questions. Danielle was also so quick in fixing my keys and getting work orders in for what needed to be replaced. So far I’ve felt very much at home and comfortable. Looking forward to my experience living here!
Never had any issues while living here for two years! Had to move to Santa Fe, so I chose one of their sister properties. I lived on the townhouse side, and I felt safe. They were always very responsive (which is rare for places to rent in Albuquerque!) I would recommend this place if you are looking for a safe, clean, and responsive place to live in ABQ. Plus! Balloon fiesta is easy to walk to, I loved watching the balloons from my window.
I just moved in a week ago, and was mostly satisfied with the move in process. It was easy to get to tour the apartments and they provided a lot of information to us. Nothpoint Olympus was very responsive to all our questions and was kind and helpful during the application and accepting process. The campus is clean and well maintained so far. Olympus Northpoint has such a beautiful vibe, the management is friendly, and the neighbors are nice! I highly recommend.
Update 2/5/2025 I have been at Olympus Northpoint now, slightly over two years No, and it says if I just moved in yesterday management, my apartment maintenance and the entire complex for see all of my expectations. I have never walked into the office without being greeted with smiles, a sense of urgency, and above all the willingness and concern to help in any way necessary.
