My husband and I only lived here for about six months due to him receiving military orders. Overall the apartment itself was nice, open, and a lot of storage. We lived on the first floor and never had a issue with loud upstairs neighbors. We enjoyed the ammunities, for an apartment the gym is well equipped and kept very clean. Edit: I'm going to start this off with I used to enjoy this apartment immensely. That's before these last few months. To start off for any women/men/all, if you end up in an abusive relationship, this apartment will still require you to partake in a 60 day lease exit. No workarounds of any form will they provide you. It does not matter if your roommate/partner purposely damages/breaks your things, trashes the apartment, steals from you, or does physical abuse. Update 2/5/2025 I have been at Olympus Northpoint now, slightly over two years No, and it says if I just moved in yesterday management, my apartment maintenance and the entire complex for see all of my expectations. I have never walked into the office without being greeted with smiles, a sense of urgency, and above all the willingness and concern to help in any way necessary. Have lived here for one month now and so happy with the decision I’ve made! The townhome we live in is spacious, affordable, and has great views! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Highly recommend!
