If I could, I would give Bell Parker Ranch a 4.5 out of 5, but I rounded up. I've lived here for 2.5 years in one of the 3.5br x 2ba townhomes. All in all I would highly recommend this place to live. Since I was here during the Montane times, I will compare them: Facilities: Montane/Bell: The gym is top notch. The hot tub will inevitably break down, take advantage while you can. We lived here for 6 years. It used to be a really nice place, notice how I said use to. I have no idea how this place all of a sudden has these glowing reviews because after it was purchased my the new company they did everything to possibly ruin this place. The GM Phil is a nightmare. He will come off as this super cool guy but there’s something very uncomfortable and unsettling about him. Bell Parker Ranch has been a fantastic place to call home over the past six months. The style of the apartments are unique and look very nice, along with having a lazy river and an impressive gym to utilize each day. Everything is very clean and well taken care of here. The best part of living here is the helpful and positive staff. They went out of their way to make sure I got the exact unit I was looking for and I upgraded to an incredible view overlooking the mountains and Denver Tech Center thanks to them.
