Don't let the old 1-3 star reviews steer you away from this complex. Almost all of those were under the old management when it was called Montane. The improvements made over the last year and a half under Bell are huge! Since Bell took over, the renovations, upkeep, and staff have drastically improved in quality. Have paid a lot more living at other complexes around the metro, and none were as close to this quality. Cannot beat the location and amenities at this price point!
Great community with close proximity to shopping needs and closeness to downtown Denver! Maintenance has been great and Horace Brue is always on top of the issues I come across in my home!

Just moved into Bell Parker Ranch and had a great experience with Romina and the leasing office. Romina made the whole process easy from the tour all the way through move-in. She was quick to answer any questions I had, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled. The leasing office has been great overall and I’m glad I chose Bell Parker Ranch. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking in the Parker area.
I’ve had such a great experience living here so far! The management team has been incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with, going above and beyond to help us. The amenities are amazing, the property feels very safe, and overall it has genuinely been a great place to live. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where the management team is so helpful and actually seems to care about the residents. I would absolutely recommend living here!
