We lived here for 6 years. It used to be a really nice place, notice how I said use to. I have no idea how this place all of a sudden has these glowing reviews because after it was purchased my the new company they did everything to possibly ruin this place. The GM Phil is a nightmare. He will come off as this super cool guy but there’s something very uncomfortable and unsettling about him. Bell Parker Ranch has been a fantastic place to call home over the past six months. The style of the apartments are unique and look very nice, along with having a lazy river and an impressive gym to utilize each day. Everything is very clean and well taken care of here. The best part of living here is the helpful and positive staff. They went out of their way to make sure I got the exact unit I was looking for and I upgraded to an incredible view overlooking the mountains and Denver Tech Center thanks to them. Everyone at the leasing office is extremely cool, I pay a decently cheap price compared to my last place, and It’s much nicer as well and I love the pool! Very cool place to live!
I have lived in many apartments but I have to admit this experience has been by far the best. The manager Phil is always patient and kind when I stop in to ask specific questions, and his entire staff is very welcoming. I chose the property for its convenient location and cleanliness but the people here make it feel like home.
This was a great place to live for most of the 5 years we lived here. The complex changed hands often, not always for the better. With that said, the current management is a blessing. They are cordial and polite, supportive, and have actually invested a lot into the property in the short time they’ve owned it. Bell Partners has turned this place around.
