I just moved out after living here for about 7 months. I had to do an early buyout of my lease because I ran into unexpected financial trouble. Whitney and Brayan were absolutely some of the most understanding and kind people I’ve met. Terrible decision deciding to lease from here. The base rent went up $300-$400 due to hidden cost that they were NOT transparent about during the touring and leasing process. You will be expected to split cost of ALL amenities regardless of your own usage for those cost. I'm paying $300 extra each month that has nothing to do with my own personal usage and cost.
Living at The Montane was a nightmare. I dealt with constant noise from neighbors above, leading to many sleepless nights, and management did absolutely nothing to address it. The garbage service was unreliable, often leaving trash uncollected. The property itself was poorly maintained, dog waste was everywhere. When I moved out, they tried to keep my deposit based on a false claim. Thankfully, I had taken photos and had to threaten legal action before they finally returned my money. Really overall a terrible experience here. Significant decline in conditions over the past 3 years. Management is uninvolved, they will try to add on additional charges wherever they can. Really unfortunate to see the decline and the power trip of the new management to push personal agendas. Maintenance requests are always ignored unless they are submitted multiple times.
