It took maintenance 3 weeks to deal with a plumbing issue that needed fixing that day... the floors are fragile and breaking.. the closet doors pop off the rails... big gaps on the front door... dog owners are not being regulated on keeping their pets on a leash.... no one picks up dog poop it just sits there to decompose... also the towing Company comes around every day and has someone hooked up before they leave... there's a vehicle inoperable and it sits in the parking lot... also it sounds like the furnace has a bad gas ... read more
The manger Hope V. Is incompetent and unprofessional. My mother in law lives here and we help her out a lot. My wife and I actually lived at Sierra Meadows 2 years ago and Hope V. was the manger there and I wrote a bad review for all the illegal actions that took place there. Please go to Sierra Meadows (Eubank/Montgomery) to see other review. They did not do corrections in a legal timely manner. I own my own business and have a rental in ABQ and Stride West does not take care of things in the legal 7 days in the state of NM... read more
Apartment is spacious. Management and maintenance staff are friendly.
I am happy with my new apartment and move-in was easy.. The apartment is spacious. Beautiful property and units. Property has valet trash and I enjoy the service. Office staff is excellent and helped with anything I needed and questions I had.
We really like it here, about to renew my lease for another year. Management is always very helpful and willing to work with you!!
