I will reserve what happened here because they returned my money and were really nice to us but the emotional stress, health problems, physical strain and money (paying for gas and storage, as well as more things) that my family and I wasted on this place was too much to forget.
I've been holding off on this review for a while because I had been treated with respect for a while, but I'm fed up. It seems this is going to be my only avenue for getting any reasonable communication going. For over the past YEAR I've been asking for someone to resolve the flooding in my room. I've called the emergency line three times. I've submitted multiple work orders. Drove over for a tour a few Saturdays ago and there was a note on the door saying they were closed due to short staff. Have been trying to get in contact with someone all week with no success. It’s Saturday again & I’ve been calling since they opened & there’s STILL no answer despite saying they’re open. You guys should change your hours & just say closed on Saturday if you’re that short staffed!
