Still waiting on my AC to be turned on. They said it would be done by May 30th and we’re are still waiting. It is well over 90 degrees outside making it 80-90 inside these living conditions are unacceptable.
Worst place to ever live. Management sucks and is very rude and they do not care about their tenants. For the past couple months we have had multiple issues with leaks in different areas of the apartment which have now started growing mold, which management refuses to address this issue. My son is chronically ill and has a very serious life threatening disease and because of the mold inhalation he developed bacterial pneumonia and was hospitalized, and management still refuses to address the mold. If I can give 0 stars I would, they say rent is going to be one price, by the end of all the fees you’re paying $200 more than what you sign your lease for. They have a roach INFESTATION (that they charge you pest control for that never once came in the year I lived here) you’ll live with broken stuff in your apartment no matter how many emails you send, they’ll lose your termination paperwork and try to charge you a $3k fee for paperwork that THEY lost.
