Living here was far from great and I really don't recommend living here. The staff is very nonchalant when there are serious issues. First of all, when I moved in I was told that all floors are vinyl in the upgraded apartment however the appliances were not updated and I had to request the updates silver ones. When we got our keys after signing the lease there is carpet in the bedroom. When we did the walk through, all bathroom closet mirrors are cracked and I was told that the mirrors would be replaced. None of the apartments are as decent as the show room. For some reason the one they gave me got me extremely sick, what was recommended from some of the inconsiderate managers was to return next week to have an apartment than what we seen and applied for. So we chosen a different apartment then the show room Classic, some reason they gave me an old dirty filthy one and the carpets were extremely dirty. If it says GreyStar DONT MOVE IN I’ve lived here for a couple of months the water been completely shut off 4 TIMES THE POWER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF 2 TIMES all being repaired hours or even days later if you can’t find parking they will be happy to tow your car and if you have serious problems with your apartment they will come days or weeks later and the office people don’t even care
management has switched multiple times throughout our lease which is never a good sign. leasing office is constantly throwing events for the complex but neglecting maintenance requests.. apartment gets up to 82 degrees some days indoors WITH the “swamp cooler” on. paying over $1400 for a unit that my family & i are sweating our ass off in is unacceptable! pros: the unit is spacious for a 2 bedroom, complex has 2 swimming pools that are usually maintained well & i did not experience any bug infestations
They throw some cool block parties with free tacos and snow cone drink things. Josh is a chill guy.
