Drove over for a tour a few Saturdays ago and there was a note on the door saying they were closed due to short staff. Have been trying to get in contact with someone all week with no success. It’s Saturday again & I’ve been calling since they opened & there’s STILL no answer despite saying they’re open. You guys should change your hours & just say closed on Saturday if you’re that short staffed!
Personally overall, I enjoyed my stay at stride west, it’s gated so a extra layer of security, and the 1 bed room apartment is 800 sq ft, lived there for over a year, I liked the location too being that it was on the west side. My only gripes, Grey Star loves to hit you with there fees, so there is no utilities included, you put gas and electricity in your name, but they also charge you utilities as well, they charge you for valet trash pick up, plus the dumpster trash, and other fees, and can range from 120-150 dollars extr... read more
Don’t recommend living here. Had an infestation of flying ants that they tried to say was our problem to deal with, and then they barely dealt with them. The ants came back within 6 months because they refuse to kill the nest itself. Ghetto, awful parking and just all around don’t deal with your issues. They have valet trash that you HAVE to pay even if you don’t utilize the use of it. Pest control here is a joke , even if you ask to get put on the list to spray inside they never come. I have to start off with saying my neighbors and I are truly blessed to have Jose Ramos who is with maintenance and Dustin who is in the office are truly kind, hard working, and caring people. They make sure things get done right for their tenants. I really appreciate them so much!
