Today someone came by to fix the problems which is greatly appreciated but it is still concerning that it took as long as it did. Still currently living here because breaking the lease would cost more than we can afford but trust me I would if I could. No one ever contacts us back when we put in maintenance requests. I've been holding off on this review for a while because I had been treated with respect for a while, but I'm fed up. It seems this is going to be my only avenue for getting any reasonable communication going. For over the past YEAR AND A HALF I've been asking for someone to resolve the flooding in my room. I've called the emergency line three times. I've submitted multiple work orders. I have lived at this property for 15 years, since it was called Broadstone Ladera. Tonight, I went to the office because I had a problem registering for the Luxer One app. When the young women saw what was happening, the first question she asked was: do you even live here? With the constantly changing owners, I am tired of being asked this microagressive question by each new crop of employees. It's rude
