Management seems to get paid on commission for renting out apartments marked as Renovated. Some friends reside here and no matter what's done, this place is extremely outdated. Could be a place to argue and fight or win a lawsuit if you document every word stated and pictures from the start of you choosing your apartment.
Alexsandra the Manager really came through for me. I am disabled and park in the handicap space. A new tenant started parking there too. I would sometimes have to park far in standard parking. I have a lot of pain if I walk long distances especially if I’m carrying groceries etc. I spoke with management about this and asked if they could possibly designate an additional handicap space. This place does awesome events for the residents through Apartment Life!
Today someone came by to fix the problems which is greatly appreciated but it is still concerning that it took as long as it did. Still currently living here because breaking the lease would cost more than we can afford but trust me I would if I could. No one ever contacts us back when we put in maintenance requests. We have been trying to get the same problems fixed for the last 4 months which I find ridiculous.
