This was not a pleasant experience. Supposed to be a custom home but ended up being spec home. Didn't have input on most things in house and the 3 major things we wanted were installed either wrong or not what we wanted. They wanted to charge more to change. The counter tops my wife picked out they let expire at MSI so they grabbed a couple different slabs and installed them. Wife questioned them and they said they are the ones we picked out. Terrible builder. Most trades will not work with Dave pieron which is the owner. Even cheated on his wife with his Secretary!
