When we moved in, there were many many maintenance issues with the apartment. We noted it at our walk-through and I emailed a list of the issues to management; only one of the problems was fixed and had to be redone a week later (the leaking sink had gotten even worse and had damaged items under the sink after the initial "repair"). The staff in the front office are extremely unprofessional. They seem undertrained and very unexperienced. I love living here. My neighbors are considerate and quiet. The location is beautiful with fantastic views of the mountains. All I have to do is walk out my door and experience the best bike and hiking trails in Albuquerque.

It is amazing here maintenence is quick. Options are great. Office people are amazing and always helpful. We got to upgrade appliances and OMG!!! They are awesome! !!!! So far this place is great and the view and neighbors and neighborhood cannot be beat!
