THIEVES LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Broadstone Cavora has the worst parcel receiving system. I loose parcels all the time. You will have to count on your luck to receive the parcel from either fedex or Amazon or whatever the parcel service might be. I wouldn't prefer this community until the parcel service is made better.
have lived here since May of 2019. The first year was great, minus the five accidental, or faulty fire alarms in my first two weeks. Aside from that, when it was CJ and Toi, there where zero issues. Since the "new" management has taken over, they never returns phone calls, or is inconsistent in which emails they choose to respond to, so this is the only means we have as residents to protect ourselves and stand up for our family.
