ZERO STARS. The absolute WORST work comp company we have dealt with over simple claims in 20 years. They will ghost you. They will refuse to pay you. Do not even think about sending information without a paper trail. When you threaten to turn them over to the state they will pay PENNIES. Update - We are now escalating to the NAIC. You should do the same if you are dealing with this fraud!

The MOST TERRIBLE service ever!! I have yet to receive a check. I filed the claim back in August. I have yet to receive it. When I emailed them the only thing they keep doing is canceling and reissuing a check and again the waiting process of 7-10 days to see if maybe I’ll get it. I strongly advise to never use this company for anything! Very very frustrating and disappointing! Awful service!! 0 star review!!!!
The worst experience of my life. Unless you follow up, they don’t call back or get things done. They forget to send forms, send them to the wrong person, and at the end, the forms are incomplete. It’s like they don’t want to approve anything and do this in purpose.
