The worst experience of my life. Unless you follow up, they don’t call back or get things done. They forget to send forms, send them to the wrong person, and at the end, the forms are incomplete. It’s like they don’t want to approve anything and do this in purpose.

I would NOT give them any stars. This company has ignored a court ordered claim to be paid to my business. I have been arguing for 3 years now. I have incurred money and time for employees to chase down money. They have given me every excuse known to man not to pay this substantial amount of money that they have been ordered to pay. They never call you back. The employees regardless of what the status is will NEVER answer the phone. This company is ridicules.

Horrible service, the client hit my car back in March and I haven't heard anything back since then. I spoke once to Kaitlyn Benbenek and then nothing again. Her manager Ron never answer and his supervisor chris like him ignore all calls and screen them. They are the worse insurance out there. I don't understand how they are still in business. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Someone hit my husband and they had this insurance. He's been trying to get a hold of them for a month now. You know the story, the check is in the mail. No one answers, no one calls back. Too bad there wasn't a reverse star, like minus 5 stars it's so bad.
