I asked to go to Broadside because of the terrific job they did for me on my previous Mini. They were recommended to me, and I have since recommended them. In addition to the excellent work, their communication is good and every person I've interacted with has been very pleasant. I an happy to give a "10"!

4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service I've barely driven the car since I picked it up because I'm working from home but I think that there are some white scuffs still on the side of the car, there is a wind noise coming from the windshield and one of my wiper blades doesn't fully touch the windshield anymore.
