Sharing this 4 years post being ghosted by my counselor of 5 years, Sara Knauz. After spending the last 4 years getting into actual medical professionals, it has become clear the amount of gaslighting and stigmatizing that goes on in her office. I’m not sure how long it will take to undo all of that gaslighting and borderline trauma she induced.
