This company inspected our house. He failed items that we just had fixed- a licensed electrician came days before to get everything done and this company said they weren’t right. We reached back out to Chesapeake electric and they stated that this inspector clearly isn’t knowledgeable in electrical work. We provided the buyer with the report from Chesapeake electric and they were satisfied. This company also moved many items to inspect and did not move them back and left them opened/out of place.
Highly recommend Ryan at Broadneck Home Inspections. His inspection was incredibly thorough, and he took the time to educate our buyers throughout the process. Communication was excellent, the report was detailed and easy to understand, and everything was delivered promptly to meet tight inspection deadlines. They also offer a wide range of services at a very fair price.
