Lived at broadmoore63 for two years and overall the place is 10/10. Apartments are well made with good amenities that are new. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and quick with any maintenance request. The amenities are well taken care of and fabulous especially the gym and the pool. Couldn’t recommend broadmoore enough!
I had a wonderful time living at Broadmoor63. I was sad to leave after the two years I was there. The amenities are great and the staff is very helpful. Definitely one of the best in town!
I lived at Broadmoor63 from July 2021 until last week, September 2024 and I can genuinely say this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ll detail each reason why ❤️ 1. Broadmoor 63 has been very responsive whenever we have needed anything. The dog park on the premises has made life easy for us and has also allowed us to meet many of our neighbors
I have lived at the Broadmoor for two years! The properties are well maintained and have a super friendly staff. I would highly recommend.
