I’ve lived at this apartment complex for 6 months and have had such an amazing experience! The staff are incredible and so helpful. The maintenance staff work very quickly and efficiently with anything you may need. There is a dog park on campus which my pup has absolutely loved! The pool/gym are well kept and a great size for the building. The building is quiet and everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly. I’ve had such a great experience living at Broadmoor 63 for over 2 years now! The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well-maintained. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and everything I need day-to-day. I have lived at Broadmoor 63 for over four years & it has been such a wonderful home to me! The location is prime, the pool & gym are top notch, and I feel very safe & taken care of here. The management staff are incredibly welcoming & warm. The maintenance staff are easy to get ahold of and are SO helpful. Lived at broadmoore63 for two years and overall the place is 10/10. Apartments are well made with good amenities that are new. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and quick with any maintenance request. The amenities are well taken care of and fabulous especially the gym and the pool. Couldn’t recommend broadmoore enough!
