I’ve been a tenant here for about a year and have really enjoyed living here! I haven’t had any issues with neighbors, the Broadmoor staff are always friendly and accommodating, and they host a great Christmas party for residents each year. The team is helpful whenever you need anything, which makes living here easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I have lived in the Broadmoor168 for a little more than a year. The place is always clean. The property Manager Samantha takes care of all the work by herself, organises resident events and decorations all by herself to keep the residents happy. Sam has been very helpful and courteous for all my needs and requests as a resident! Its really appreciable to handle all that as a one person! Thanks :) The maintenance person is also very timely in cleaning up and is always busy around the property doing his stuff and fixing things... read more

I have absolutely loved my time living at Broadmoor168! The place is always extremely clean, and the landscape is top-tier! The location is amazing, and I have always felt very safe. Sam is the sweetest ever and goes above and beyond for each resident! HIGHLY recommend!
