Best apartment I've lived in. No complaints. They don't charge you a million fees like some other places.
Broadmoor168 is awesome! Samantha and Mike do a great job in keeping everything running smoothly. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The gym is efficiently laid out with multiple treadmills, stair steppers, free weights and a universal exercise machine. Love it!
Absolutely love this place! It’s felt like home since day one — everyone is super friendly including office management — Sam has been great and very helpful since we moved in, she really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. The gym is nice and the lounge room is huge with little desks which is nice when you just need a quiet place to be during the day outside of your apartment. I would recommend broadmoor168 to anyone. Super cute and up with the times place to live!
I toured here a few times while it was under construction and once it was finished. It’s such a beautiful community! It has a great gym, perfect location, Samantha was very helpful and courteous. Overall great experience. I can’t wait to call Broadmoor168 my home!
