Just another day at the Motel 6 with out of order stuff. Front door sticks a lot of times and you can’t use that door. At least the garage is clean and we have 3 dog parties a year I guess…Oh yeah, I stepped in someone’s dog leftovers that didn’t clean up after. Overpriced like most apartments in omaha

This is a pretty-good complex, but definitely not “luxury”. The good: For the most-part neighbors are courteous, our unit is not super old, parking garage, good online rent payment system. They throw community event parties occasionally. Nice pool. The bad: Price was already high, but they raise rent on you as if this is actually a “luxury apartment facility”, but when comparing to other high-end Broadmoor locations this location reserves a ranking at the bottom. I’ve been a tenant here for about a year and have really enjoyed living here! I haven’t had any issues with neighbors, the Broadmoor staff are always friendly and accommodating, and they host a great Christmas party for residents each year. The team is helpful whenever you need anything, which makes living here easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have lived in the Broadmoor168 for a little more than a year. The place is always clean. The property Manager Samantha takes care of all the work by herself, organises resident events and decorations all by herself to keep the residents happy. Sam has been very helpful and courteous for all my needs and requests as a resident! Its really appreciable to handle all that as a one person! Thanks :) The maintenance person is also very timely in cleaning up and is always busy around the property doing his stuff and fixing things... read more
