I have renewed three leases here. Two yearly and one six month. Each time, my rent has been increased 6% and my water bill has increased. While maintenance has always been excellent for me, this past summer I watched in amazement as my neighbors went without central air conditioning for over 30 days while being told it was due to working with "an outside vendor".
