I loved this place this place at first but the safety has really gone down hill when we came on there was apparently security but I’ve never seen them my broom and mop were stolen that used to clean my patio they don’t do community events anymore and there something always wrong with the gril or hot tub it’s sad to see a place I was so excited to move in turn to place I want to move out from but it’s not all bad maintainer is quick it’s close to kings and the bus stop but it definitely was better before also ik this isn’t a ... read more
Joe the maintenance manger is freaking great guy!! Friendly, professional and just all around a good person!! The front office is great as well.
Not a tenant but I was over there with a tenant and her dog in the dog park. Cute apartments, but the dog park area NEEDS to have better fencing. the fences don't touch all the way to the ground so there is plenty of room for a dog to go under it and escape. this happened to me and luckily, my dog didn't run out into busy Cheyenne Meadows Rd. but its the fact of the matter. the principle that this should be an enclosed, safe dog park for pets of all sizes but isn't is way off-putting. Deziree has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a community manager. She was incredibly professional, communicative, and made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. Kennedy also gave an amazing tour to me and my boyfriend! Truly one of the best tours we’ve had! Highly recommend Broadmoor Ridge.
