We rented this venue for my bridal shower, and unfortunately, our experience with the handling of the security deposit was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, unfair. The rental fee for the venue was $400, and we were additionally required to pay a $400 security deposit, meaning we paid $800 upfront. Horrible service! If you trying to obtain HOA documents or even a simple call back it will take weeks. And when you finally hear back its a yelling match.
