Kathy and her team are the definition of what I value in a property manager. I highly recommend Broadmoor. They have been nothing but courteous and respectful to me.
I currently rent from this company and the staff is GREAT!! Kathy is very approachable and understanding. She is very honest and upfront with you. I would give them 10 stars. I will be a long time tenant with BPM.
