The management and maintenance here is continuously improving! Ariel is so caring and helpful and the maintenance man is quick and efficient also very nice.... there are however a couple of downsides. First, the parking lot in the back is in desperate need of security cameras my car has been broken into twice in the 2 years I've lived here and I've seen multiple other cars damaged or otherwise tampered with in the parking lot. The security doors are broken, they removed access to our common areas, fire safety doors are removed entirely on more than one floor, a fire safety code violation. Cockroaches and used needles are in the hallways on a regular basis
The new community director Ariel & the maintenance Ken are both super professional, quick & responsive. This place was decent before, but so many issues are actually being taken seriously now & this place is definitely better with the management change! I would highly suggest you give this place a try!
This place is an absolute dump!!! We have put in work orders to have our refrigerator fixed for over a week now, know has come or called. The hallways are not vacuumed the pool door does not have a lock on it, so any child could get into the pool if they wanted. There is trash through out the building, our sink in the bathroom is literally peeling apart. We never got to look at the apartment because there wasn’t one available they told us.
