I bought a 2011 Subaru and have had nothing but problems with it. Customer service is a 10/10, which is why I’m giving it 2/5 stars. I would be hesitant to purchase a vehicle from here based on my experience with my vehicle condition and the money I’ve poured into it. If you decide to test drive a vehicle here, I highly recommend bringing it to a dealership for a thorough inspection. I won’t be back!

This place went above and beyond!! It was a pleasure doing business with them. Anyone I spoke too during the process was incredibly helpful! We could not be happier with the car we purchased. I even had a few things I wanted fixed up a bit, but i only thought one of the things was covered by warranty. I fully expected to pay for the couple other things. I cannot recommend Broadmoor Motors based on my daughter’s experience purchasing a salvage/rebuilt title vehicle. At the time of the sale, my daughter was told the previous damage involved a rear door. Based on the information provided to us, we were not aware that the vehicle had previously had airbag deployment or front-end damage. We also did not see those items identified in any of the vehicle’s paperwork or on the rebuilt title inspection paperwork that was provided to us.
