This place is horrible to live in. Maintenance is slow, and not slow by a week or two, slow by 6 months. We have moved out about two months ago and no one is answering or returning my calls about our security deposit. I am currently on day 4 of trying to contact someone. The building is not up to code, there is mold from a leak that happened from our upstairs neighbors bathroom and all they did was paint over it. when we complained that the leak was getting worse the ceiling was torn done and replaced 6 months later.
Good price, location, and staff
The vacant unit we viewed was very, very dirty, smelled horrible! We were intending on speaking with the landlord about a cleaner unit possibly & this random guy walks to our car & says "Are you callin the cops on me" he looked high out of his mind, it was scary. The landlord is never there to even know what's goin on! It's ridiculous but then again, you get what you pay for! I had high expectations for this property due to the remodeling but everything's STILL THE SAME FROM 10 years ago!
