In my opinion, the Board, which has lingered on for a decade, is corrupt. Members get and stay in power to promote their personal projects…like planting excessive palm trees, adding plastic fencing and pool furniture and sneaking building projects without city building permits. Due to a ‘let everything decay as long as possible’ plan, the complex is under a massive rebuild now. Many, pleasant people seem to live in this community in an enjoyable atmosphere.
