I'm happy to have Dr Phan as my Gp he understands my condition best doctar..Receptionist very nice helpful friendly smiles always and goes extra mile out to help💛 I'm glad to have you both as my GP and Receptionist..
idk whats all this about the receptionists never had a problem but haven't needed to go here in an emergency. all I can say is have seen Dr. David for years i don't go to see anyone else. respectful, knowledgeable, doesn't judge you and helps everyone. He's a true man in this day and age. gives me prescriptions i need and want, even the minor stuff he will give you time of day i guess thats why the times here aren't too strict it's really just him helping everyone as best he can.
I've seen Dr. Phan behave aggressively and noticed that he doesn't speak English very well. The most troubling part is that my friend got a wrong diagnosis from him. So, I suggested to my friends that they should think about making a formal complaint to AHPRA to make sure Dr. Phan practices safely in our community. At this point, I cannot recommend his practice to anyone and will definitely not come back to this clinic for my safety.
