Very disappointed with the waiting time. My appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM, but I still hadn’t been seen by 2:25PM. I understand that delays can happen, but waiting over 40 minutes without proper communication is frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and keeps patients informed about delays in the future.
