RecommendedI lived at Broadleaf for a blissful 2 years before moving. The staff here are absolutely incredible! My phone calls to the office were always answered, and any maintenance issues I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Everyone had a pleasant and hospitable attitude overall. The apartments themselves are brand new and beautiful, with wood floors, granite countertops, and a modern open concept layout. I have nothing but positive things to say about Broadleaf! We moved here about a year ago and just recently renewed our lease. The complex and each of its facilities is always kept above par. The management staff is amazing! Any maintenance requests are completed thoroughly and promptly. I would 100% recommend Broadleaf!
Lovely apartments with it's own road! Management makes the difference here! Super personable and friendly, willing to go the distance and explain things to you. Neighborhood is safe and clean.
Long awaited review! Since moving to Broadleaf 7 months ago I have been amazed of what an astonishing place is to live at. Friendly neighbors with cute dogs everywhere. Smoke-free community inside and out. Amazing staff that is constantly ensuring your expectations are met. Not to mention the wide range of hiking trails that are on-site/nearby. It's the perfect place to live if you're looking for that luxury escape to the woods feel while at the same time being so close to it all. Keep up the great work.
