I had Dr Jones for my 1st & 2nd round of TMS he was amazing and had caring staff person that had worked for him for a long time (Katie) she was the best!! Never had a problem until he moved from Arundel to Scarborough & Katie had to get done. IT WAS DOWN HILL FROM THERE!!!! Person at the front desk who answered all calls was rude, not empathetic at all, never could get through to Dr Jones at all. This ruined his practice and his caring & kindness!!! Life changing treatment for a family member
Is it possible to leave zero stars? I Never leave bad reviews but this place blows my mind. Absolute no true care for patients in need of psychiatric help. The Dr sent my very first tele-link to my phone which was not received for whatever reason. I waited thinking he must be behind and hasn’t sent it yet. Tried calling multiple times, left multiple voicemails and emails. No reply. Finally spoke to a kind on-call provider who agreed I should have this resolved.
