That the doctors and staff have always treated me and addressed my concerns well. However, I do feel that they need to do something about their Dental clinic. My husband has been down there early in the am these past two days to see the dentist and both times he wasn't able to. The first time he was turned away because they needed proof he lived here in Des Moines. He has been a patient at Broadlawns for the past 6 months and that was verified.
