They've been amazing until today. I took my daughter in for her ear hurting they said it was an ear infection and would get medicine sent to our pharmacy l called our pharmacy to see when the prescription would be ready and they told me that they sent medicine over then voided it and when I tried calling they wouldn't answer the phone.
Always friendly, in and out fairly quickly and great staff.
I took my son there when he had his once occurrence with pancreatitis. Then I hurt my back, I don't really care for doctors. But I remembered how that doctor treated my son. So I went myself. The doctor did a great job an found some crazy reasons for my back to be hurting. Now 3 years later I need a doctor for my back it's only getting worse by the day an of course I can't find the doctors name. they never answer their phone. Calling for hours trying to get test results and nothing. I think they have their phones off on Saturdays - despite the fact that they're open . I literally drove ACROSS town to ask in person and it was DEAD in there, so it's not like they're so busy they can't answer Left several messages for a patient advocate and never heard back. Emailed a patient advocate and never heard back. Answer. Your. Damn.phones.
