My application was turned down by the coop board with no explanation, despite excellent credit and cash purchase offer. Having paid a total of $1,550 in non-refundable application fees ($450 for credit check of 3 adults, $350 application fee to management company, and $750 application fee to the coop), dont you think theyd have the courtesy of sharing their rationale for denying? I think i paid for an answer and if not, at least a refund of the coop board's cut ($750) of the fees I paid. Buyer beware!
