I just encountered a terrible experience with Michelle (office manager) at this practice!! I'm a potential new patient & she did nothing to steer me here and in fact turned me off & spurred this review. If this is who they have as their first point of contact wow they will surely lose business! I for one would not consider this place after just a 3 minute phone call. She was unenthusiastic, she was not aware of one of the dentist's accolades (it's on the website) but she was also RUDE and told me she was busy!! WOW guys... read more
