Stacy and Derek were outstanding in two home purchases and one sale. They are extremely knowledgeable in the market and area. They put my needs and requirements first. They also made themselves available to work around my hectic schedule. Broadhead will always be my first choice in Real Estate.

Bryanne and team were great all through the purchase of a new home and sale of my current home. The appraisal process with my lender was painful, but Bryanne was there with me every step of the way. She helped so much by guiding me through the process and providing emotional support as this was my first buy and sell at the same time. My favorite part of working with Stacy is her attentiveness. Recently buying a home in south Austin, Stacy became my home-buying Sherpa. I had plenty of questions leading up to the closing, but Stacy not only knows her material, she was readily available and flexible to fit my schedule. She tactfully helped me negotiate with the seller to send the listing price down considerably. She saved me a lot of money and a lot of worry holding my hand the whole way through.
