A bumper guard with a defect was installed on my vehicle, and I was promised it would be replaced within two months. That timeframe has passed, and the issue remains unresolved. Given this experience, I strongly recommend that others avoid doing business with this company.

Bought the bully bar for my Subaru and was confused at the equipment list and the you Tube video. Beauty Lim, the customer service person for Broadfeet stuck with us in finding the correct installation video on You Tube, reviewed our equipment and answered every inquiry we had. While initially confused the help she gave allowed us to get the Bully Bar on my Subie! Thanks for the great customer service.
