I ordered a bull bar for my 2025 honda pilot. The order was placed December 29 and since then I have not been able to reach Broadfeet despite numerous calls that go straight to voice mail and no response to e-mails.
I purchased a rear double layer bumper guard for Mazda CX-50 and am disappointed to say the least. The welds are horrible and look like they were done by a first time welder. It also has too much play (easily moved) from side to side (this can be corrected by adding gussets to the brackets), so I doubt it'll hold up with any sort of impact. I've reached out to Broadfeet twice, once about these problems and once seeking some information, never heard back either time. All our limos and sprinters party busses are serviced by Daven and Jimmy.. Jimmy has some kind on experience that most shop owners don't have ... he's old school and knows how to get to the bottom of the problem and helps correct the problem att affordable prices... this is a little shop of horror... they do a little of everything. A one stop shop.. I would recommend them to all my our friends and associates to go give them a chance to help solve your needs..
Customer service is non-existent. Thankfully the product arrived , but it came damaged despite the excellent wrapping. This is indicative of some quality control issues. Besides that fact, I have been trying to get a return label for weeks without any success.
