I have been into the cafe a few times. I love the coffee and the atmosphere, but the staff is overall inattentive (aka constantly on their phones) and do not pay attention to the cafe needs like when the service station need to be restocked. The only barista that has given me incredible service is Courtney. I hope she get’s the recognition she deserved. Courtney is so kind and i see her running around doing everything. Great coffee shop, been coming for 10+ years. They run out of pastries by 930 am usually, kind of annoying.
Very disappointing experience. I was charged twice for a single drink. When I noticed the duplicate charge, I showed the employee my bank account transaction history, which clearly showed that the payment had been processed twice. Instead of helping or investigating the issue, the employee simply said they couldn't see anything and made no effort to resolve the problem.
