Three years after a nasty fall, I was still unable to walk well. By great good fortune, I heard about marvellous Anita, made an appointment and never looked back. Her initial assessment revealed more than a walking mobility issue; my body was stiff from the shoulders to the feet, in part due to almost no exercise following the fall.
