I love it
I ordered $130 worth of Airpro mask products. I specificaly specified, and paid for, shipping by USPS since I am in Canada. But they shipped by UPS. UPS demanded i pay an extra $63 in fees to deliver. (These outrageous fees are the norm for UPS in Canada, as is their very unreliable service.) I refused shipment because only 13% taxes to Canadian goverenment were actually due. Even though I refused shipment and demanded UPS return it to BROAD, UPS invoiced me for fees anyway.
