Constantly getting turned away. Needed a simple doctors note, got turned away at 7:15 when hours say they close at 8. There was no one in the waiting room, one patient came out. They waited 5-10 minutes to tell me to leave, keep in mind that the window in that waiting room is glass and clear. Very unprofessional, not great experience.
Called to make an appt and they indicated they didn’t have any providers in the office today. Ummm… is this a joke? I’m embarrassed for them. Not sure how facilities can pull this off but so far they are still open… open so they can tell you they can’t help. Interesting business approach.
Always had a good experience with broad top, from the first visit to the most recent ive never had a bad time. Always helpful!
I dont care what others say. But when I needed to see a doctor they were there. Mine I couldn't get in to see for weeks. But I have not had any issues with the Doctors or staff there. But I have seen some rude people come in the walk in. Using foul language and wanting to be seen before others. An other people storming out because they couldn't get pain pills.
