Broad Street tends to hire local SCREA rated appraisers. Unfortunately inn our case the person was not familiar with the recent Valuations for New Roofs, SOLAR Panels, and other recent Home Improvements. We tried going back to our Mortgage Company to hire a separate Appraisal Firm, one certified and more familiar with California homes and home improvements than a firm located in Michigan.
