Well it's been ten years since I moved in here and it is my last year as I move to Alaska July 2026. The office staff and maintenance to our wonderful cleaning lady Julia have become like family. Loren the property manager is completely awesome and very professional as are Julia and Mariana. They all have made me feel comfortable and any issues were quickly resolved. Broad Street Commons is a great chapter in my life. Let's hope Alaska is as good.
I lived at Broad Street Commons for 22 months. Overall, it was a splendid abode with plenty of perks, attentive staff and no hidden fees. The location is simply perfect. It's close to downtown, within walking distance of stores, and just a walk to the college. It makes running errands or getting to class super convenient. Easy parking; always plowed. I stayed at Broad Street Commons for more than 2years. The place is clean quiet and affordable. It has a nice gym, lots of parking place and complementary coffee. It’s the perfect location for a travel nurse. it is a walking to CVPH, Walmart and the main shopping center. Management tries to accommodate as much as possible and they offer 3months leases.
The staff is extremely pleasant, place conveniently located with accessibility to hospital , shops and restaurants.
Been living here over a year now and I can say that the staff are well respected and my neighbors are pretty quiet and chill. They offer a lot of great amenities that are available for use and overall I enjoy living here. Would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay at.
