We had our car detailed at this amazing car wash and it looked better then the day it came off the new car lot!! That speaks volumes for a car that is 14 years old!!! Highly recommend Broad Street Car Wash!! Fantastic work, thank you!!
Just took my car in to get it ready for a big day tomorrow. My 13 year old car looks as new as it possibly could. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, and good at their job. Will definitely use again! Thank you to everyone at Broad Street Car Wash, for a fantastic experience.
I won't invest my money there again! The wash job was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the vaule. I bought floor mats, on an impulse buy I was told that the staff would place them down; they never did. So after a few days I put them down myself and find out they're too small for my back seat floor. Naturally I go to return them and the owner tells me he can't accept them cause they are opened! This is the best Car Wash I have visited in NJ. My car is always clean no streaks or marks left on my car. Nice staff too. Very pleasing.
Bad experience just now. No one there to monitor lines and cars pulling in front of cars waiting not only rude people for doing so, but car wash should have someone there to keep this from happening. I turned around and left. You just lost a customer. Big thumbs down for this!
