I posted a review of my Audi Q5 yesterday to only notate my vehicle's status and not as a negative reflection on Broad River Paint & Body. Their customer service is outstanding and my vehicle looks and drives wonderfully. I’m fairly new to Columbia and it greeted me with a rear bumper accident. The other driver’s insurance company suggested a list of places, Broad River was first. And clearly first for a reason. Nice, fast, transparent and fantabulous from beginning to end. Alex at the desk was so extremely helpful, answered every question. She even contacted the insurance company when THEY dropped the ball.
