🎩 off to the crew at Broad River Paint and Body Shop for the fantastic work. 🚗 They stayed open 30 mins past business hours yesterday to allow me to pick up my car, and were friendly as can be. 45 seconds after I drove off their lot, they called me because they realized they forgot to refill my windshield wiper fluid. They kindly advised they’d fill it up if I came back, so of course I was happy to turn around. 100% recommend.
Very professional! Such kind and fantastic customer service. Made me feel like family and so happy to have my vehicle back in the same way before I got into my accident. My business will not be taken elsewhere from here!

I posted a review of my Audi Q5 yesterday to only notate my vehicle's status and not as a negative reflection on Broad River Paint & Body. Their customer service is outstanding and my vehicle looks and drives wonderfully. I’m fairly new to Columbia and it greeted me with a rear bumper accident. The other driver’s insurance company suggested a list of places, Broad River was first. And clearly first for a reason. Nice, fast, transparent and fantabulous from beginning to end. Alex at the desk was so extremely helpful, answered every question. She even contacted the insurance company when THEY dropped the ball. This will be the third time a vehicle of my families have been here. They do phenomenal work and Joseph has the best customer service. He is always very informative of what needs to be done and estimate on time wise.
