Broad River is an awful company. Ashley needs to re-evaluate being associated with this retailer. I found out after numerous phone calls and time that Ashley stores are franchised. This company is difficult to deal with and not consumer friendly. I wish I had known that all Ashley stores are not the same and have different customer service standards. I should have read these reviews before I ordered furniture from here. Online it showed everything in stock and ready for a 1-week delivery. Now everything for a 5 piece bedroom set is being sent on different days and some pieces are not even available in the Wearhouse. Overall, I have had to talk to several people who give me a runaround. I ordered from RoomsToGo and have NONE of these issues. I will probably never order furniture from Ashley again.

Irritating process with delivery. I got a bunch of calls from a fort mill number all week last week no voicemails, no other notifications who they were. Took me calling back to find out who they were! Scheduled my delivery that went ok, but the day of delivery the live tracking map was a MESS.
