I rarely write reviews, but this experience with Ashley Furniture Industries corporate has been beyond frustrating and deserves to be shared. I placed an order expecting basic quality and accuracy, and instead received dirty couches, broken dresser drawers and nightstands, and the wrong bed frame size. I ordered a king bed frame and was sent a California king. Broad River is an awful company. Ashley needs to re-evaluate being associated with this retailer. I found out after numerous phone calls and time that Ashley stores are franchised. This company is difficult to deal with and not consumer friendly. I wish I had known that all Ashley stores are not the same and have different customer service standards. I would definitely not have ordered had I known this or knew to look at these reviews. Go somewhere else; there are a lot of outlets that sell the same furniture from Ashley. Br... read more
