Ashley Furniture has repaired our bent sofa/loveseat. This was done in a very timely manner. We are satisfied with the customer service and repairs we received from the Arden NC location and would recommend them in the future.
Having a horrible experience with this store and Ashley Furniture delivery in general. Was given false information about a mattress exchange by the store. The third party delivery company refused to put the mattress back on the truck and said “call Ashley” and it has been a series of lies ever since. Currently out over $1k dollars and will continue to leave reviews across channels until this is resolved.
We are extremely disappointed with our recent purchase of a sofa and loveseat from the Ashley Furniture store in Arden, NC. The furniture we received does not resemble the quality of the floor model we were shown. The reclining furniture was not assembled correctly, leaving a large gap on one side where the back meets the seat. Ashley's representative told us the manufacturer allows up to a one-inch gap. Company failed to notify me that my delivery was not being delivered within the pre-scheduled time frame. No one ever showed up with my product the entire day.
Don’t buy here they will try the bait and switch game I bought 1 chair from them and twice they sent out the wrong chair and tried to convince me it was the right one till I took pictures of the width and height and the chair wasn’t even close to what I had purchased. Now they are trying to rip me off on my refund guess I will have to take them to court
