Broad River is an awful company. Ashley needs to re-evaluate being associated with this retailer. I found out after numerous phone calls and time that Ashley stores are franchised. This company is difficult to deal with and not consumer friendly. I wish I had known that all Ashley stores are not the same and have different customer service standards. I would definitely not have ordered had I known this or knew to look at these reviews. Go somewhere else; there are a lot of outlets that sell the same furniture from Ashley. Br... read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the appalling experience my wife and I have had with your Harrisonburg store. I should have read these reviews before I ordered furniture from here. Online it showed everything in stock and ready for a 1-week delivery. Now everything for a 5 piece bedroom set is being sent on different days and some pieces are not even available in the Wearhouse. Overall, I have had to talk to several people who give me a runaround. I ordered from RoomsToGo and have NONE of these issues. I will probably never order furniture from Ashley again.
