We unfortunately had a death in the family. After calling Studio 9 I knew I found the right person to order with. Vanessa, the owner understands people who are grieving and worked tirelessly with me. She is a kind, caring, concerned, helpful and above all a compassionate human being. The multiple arrangements we chose mirrored what was offered online and she worked with me on other arrangements also. To say we were pleased is an understatement. I called this afternoon to inquire about business & received poor customer service from the owner. I asked a question & was answered very short & rudely- as if she was annoyed with my call? I was confused.. When I stated she should speak to potential clients in a kinder manner, she hung up in my face. I had never done business here (as this attempt was obviously very negative) & never will. Business is nothing without customers & they should never be treated as a burden.
