The entire experience here was pleasant! The staff is friendly and courteous.Everything was well explained and the young lady who cleaned my teeth was awesome! She put me at ease and was very gentle and thorough. Best and most comfortable cleaning I have ever had! Dr. Orman is an excellent dentist. I am so glad I have come to Broad River Denistry for my dental care! Thumbs Up!
I confess. I am a wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. I have a small mouth and strong gag reflex. Had not seen a dentist in more than more years than I care to admit, largely because I had no dental insurance and could not afford it. Everyone here was very courteous and listened to my every concern. Dreaded my initial cleaning because I knew how much plaque/tartar buildup I had. Ashley and Kendall did a fantastic job!!!! Always very professional they do an excellent job!
I was very impressed. The staff were considerate and helped me feel at ease. The dentist is sociable and made me feel important. He explained everything before the first cavity was filled, so there were no surprises. I highly recommend anyone with a phobia of dentists to give him a try. 2nd review I can smile again ☺️ I just received my tooth that was missing for 15 years, and now I can smile again.
