They billed me incorrectly and I cannot get them to fix it. Have been calling and emailing for weeks. I had a ten minute phone call to adjust a medication (free with ins) and they billed $180 for a 39 minute outpatient visit?!?!?!?!?! ($121 with ins). They are absolutely horrible on the phone. Useless. Clueless. I've been having problems with this office for many years. This is the last straw.
