Bad dealer, insults customers, lies to customers. He said a vehicle would be sold in a day that was still there for over a week, possible longer than two weeks to pressure you to think you will lose the vehicle. He doesn't make deals and snickers at you as he talks as if you are below him. He didn't seem to want to sell anything and didn't to me because he didn't care, seemed interested in the customer and wanted too much for the vehicle looked at for sale.
Will change review after I see what gets done to fix this 6,000. Car these young parents only got to drive for less than a week ! Give them back the 1500.00 thats needed to go towards the blown motor the warranty won't cover ! Make it right !
2 days after a $12,000 purchase the vehicle had just shy of $8000 in repairs. Warranty that he provided covered $3000 so we were to come out of pocket for the other $5000, called Ron and asked him to take the vehicle back he changed the subject and kept saying I’m sorry this is happening to you as if he’s not the reason it happened. He then saved the day by sending $700 towards the $4872.66 that was due. Currently with lawyers to get our money back but I urge you DO NOT shop here. We Have purchased four cars from Broad Avenue in the past years and reccomend Rob. He has always been fair on trades with us and easy to talk with. I am handicapped and he even helps me in and out of the car we test drive. Very much appreciated!
