Everyone I come in contact with is always welcoming. It’s not too much of a wait from my point of view but anywhere you go will be a wait time. If I could give more stars I would but Broad Dental and staff are the best!
I went to CC Broad Ave for 5 months, two cleanings. Intake they did proper x-rays. Hygienist and Dentist seemed attentive to getting my oral health on track. Cleaning was OK. You don't know how good they are, but..... //// Second & last cleaning definitely seemed rushed, flossing clearly not proper IMHO. Given mouth wash, expected to swish for 1 sec. When I got in chair before cleaning, waited +10 min. I went to restroom. Hygienist was treating another patient in another exam room, with shots, likely to numb before deep clea... read more
Never answer phone and always start process to long to get to the end of the procedure I've been going 3years hv not got tooth replaced yet once No LAB, process to long
