I contacted BRM via website contact form. Troy Mock sent his text 20 minutes after I had submitted the form but it didn’t reach me till later in the day, surprisingly about the same time he called me. He agreed to come out on a Saturday. Troy himself facilitated all aspects of my insurance claim roof replacement. He also sent his excellent crew of carpenters/painters and soon his gutter crew. I’m glad to have met Troy as he and I share the same hard work ethics. I highly recommended this company.
