Avoid at all costs! – I work on my laptop, mostly in the evenings. I called BRM one night off and asked Ben (the owner) if he could look at my laptop. He said sure, bring it in tomorrow. I told him specifically that I work evenings on my laptop, but he failed to mention he doesn't get to the store until 5 or 6. Too late for me. I wasted a drive at 3 in the afternoon to have him look at my laptop, as I I went to the store and was told that he wouldn't be in until later. No big deal. Great Service – Recently brought my Dell Studio computer in to the shop on high street. It was diagnosed on the spot and I was given a quote. I needed my computer to work with so I was asked if it was possible to use it while the part was shipped in to the store. The experience was very pleasant and my computer was fixed in a prompt manner.
